I'm having trouble with the shopping cart showing the correct order information.

Can I print in more than 1 color?
No, unfortunately our equipment is not capable of printing when 2 or more colors are very close to each other. To keep our costs down and our headaches at a minimum, we only accept 1 color printing.
What kind of logo printing do you allow?
As long as the logo is grayscale and does not have photo-grade resolution, we can print it. Clip art usually always works. If you are concerned whether your logo will work, you can email it prior to placing an order and we can let you know if there is a potential problem. Photographic type artwork is not acceptable.
What format layouts do you accept?
We accept jpg, tif, bmp, gif, pdf and any format of text. Send everything at least 300dpi. If all you require is text, you can just email the text, we'll lay it out at no charge and email back a proof for you approval. We can also accept CorelDraw 11, Microsoft Publisher 2003, Photoshop 7.0 and Illustrator 9.0 files. If you send files in newer versions, be sure to save them in the older format.
How do I know what my printed item will look like?
Once we complete the layout, we'll email a pdf proof to you that shows exactly what it will look like. The proof will be in black but will indicate what color you ordered. The proof can be Cder which is available for free here:
How do you keep your prices so low?
We keep our overhead low to keep our prices low. Our printing process is not offset press so we avoid costly press setup and can afford to do short runs BUT, we don't pretend to offer the quality of offset. Our printing is done on a high speed duplicator. We spot check random samples (about 2%) and don't spend a lot of time on quality control. If the spot check looks good, we assume the run is good. We also don't count the final output. If you order 500 pieces, you may get 495 or you may get 505. We normally print a few extra just to make sure you get your money's worth. We print about 120 pieces per minute, so we knock a box out fast and cheap. You are getting good quality, budget priced, one-color ink printing that may not look as sharp as the big guys but they are definitely less expensive. If you are looking for good quality at low prices, then you're in the right spot. If you're looking for high quality printing or more than one color ink, we're not the answer for you.
Do you charge for layout or setup?
No, layout and setup are included in the cost. There are no hidden charges and you will never be asked to pay for anything extra.
Did you know?
A #9 envelope fits inside a #10 envelope and is still wide enough to handle a standard size paper without additional folding. Print a #10 with your return address in the upper left corner and print a #9 with your address pre-printed where a mailing address goes and you have a return payment envelope for the convenience of your customer.
Window envelopes can have a left side window or a right side window. The left side window is the most common.
You can print more than your return address on an envelope. How about your website across the bottom of the envelope or maybe your company slogan. There's no additional cost.
